Rule out TMJ: Consult with your dentist to rule out any TMJ involvement. The solution may be as simple as the fabrication of a night guard.

TMJ - TMD: Temporo-mandibular disorder is the second most frequent cause of orofacial pain after dental pain. Earache, neck pain and jaw pain are the common symptoms. Proper diagnosis is the key to successful treatment. See Orofacial Pain practitioner for a consultation and treatment options.
