Will a head and neck ct with contrast rule out a tumor? reason i had it is constant head and neck pain on left side x6months. normal results.

It will rule: out a neck mass with a relatively high degree of confidence, but no test is 100%. It is likely enough to start thinking of other etiologies for your pain rather than a neck tumor, unless there is a palpable mass, in which case additional imaging may be warranted.
