Panic!: Most likely. Could b something else like allergic reaction to weed w/throat swelling. Not too good: avoid weed once and for all. Stay healthy, go lucky, and say: been there, done that, bought the t-shirt. Cool. Alive. Smart.

Agree w Dr. Duriez: Cannabis can trigger anxiety and panic. Since you already suffer from panic attacks - would wonder if the sensation in your throat is anxiety related.
