No. It won't!!: That "lump" in your throat is a spasm of the muscles used to swallow. It's your body's natural reflex to try to stop you from breathing in smoke! out in nature, smoke comes from fire... And all animals run! most people who die in fires die from smoke inhalation rather than burns. There are over 4, 000 different chemical compounds in tobacco smoke, god knows how many in cannabis! just don't smoke!
