Tough to say: Without an exam it is tough to say. There could be several reasons, one for an example may be you simply slept on it in a different way and caused a strain in your muscles or ligaments, etc. Or there could be other reasons. See your Doctor and get an exam and the most likely reason will be forthcoming and then the treatment will be tailored to what you need to get better. Best wishes.
