Pain in arm and chest . has high cholesterol. dr. started statin two weeks ago and then stopped due to muscle cramps and congestion issues. now i'm on bezafibrate but feeling more pain in left arm and cramps in legs and sometimes sharp pain in chest.

See a cardiologist: Almost all "side effects" from statins are nocebo effects which occur in the same frequency when people take placebos thinking they got statins. You failed to mention which statin at which dose. You omitted any other meds did not indicate any diagnostic tests.
