Chlamydia trachomatis igg and igm both negative. should i do any other test or i'm safe !?? thank you

Depends: How long after the potential exposure were the tests done? If you tested too soon, it may not be meaningful. if you wish to get a definitive diagnosis, you should get a nucleic acid test for chlamydia. Get tested for gonorrhea at the same time. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
