Is it true that humans use 5% of their potential brain power? if this is true what would happen when using more, or even 100%?

It's a "guesstimate": This number is out there to communicate to people that the human brain is POWERFUL! If you surveyed 100 neuroscientists about this question the answer would vary a lot!! The point is the brain's capacity, for most of us, is limitless. Speculating on what the world would be like if we used our brains' full capacity is a fascinating topic but it is, truly, unanswerable. Go in good health:)
