What is the brain percentage that we human use and can we use more than 10% of our brains

Varies: The brain is composed of different "departments", they work together, the cortex is the powerhouse of action of movement, sensation, thinking & other functions, the cerebellum does muscle tone & coordination, subcoirtical tracts, limbic system, &others including brain stem, work on emotions, autonomic functions i.E breathing, and conducting messages to/from brain sections, so may be more than 10%.

Myth: There's a "pop" claim that "we only use thus-and-so amount of our brain." usually somebody is trying to sell us something worthless. The brain has many different areas that do many different things. If it were possible to increase the brain's effectiveness to our advantage without redesigning it, mother nature would have figured out how. Ignore this stuff. Thanks for understanding.
