How does meditation change human brain?

Maybe: Some claim that mediation does change the brain, but the bottom line is meditation can help people clear their minds so they can use their brain better, make better decisions than if they are nervous or panicked or hysterical. Find a good meditation technique and give it a try.

Meditation not magic: There's nothing magical or mysterious about meditation. All the Indian mystical mumbo-jumbo you hear about it is nonsense. Meditation is simply a technique for focusing attention and self-calming. The only really important thing about meditation is the ACT of SITTING QUIETLY. Most of the "brain changes" at any but the most superficial level (e.g. EEG) are conjectural and speculative.
