Safest course is: to go to ER. First question...why are you vomiting? It is true the black substance could be something you inhaled or swallowed in the course of your work outside, and perhaps it was irritating enough to cause a little bleeding. But these are all guesses and in this situation you must be "better safe than sorry." Go to Urgent Care or ER immediately. Best wishes:)
