Mallory Weiss: Sounds like mallory weiss tear. This is usually a small tear the the junction of the esophagus and stomach. Usually self limited, bleeding stops on its own. But can sometimes be a real problem. Need to make sure you do not vomit again for the next several days. If you have continued bleeding see someone asap.
