See doctor: Although more information would be helpful, it sounds like your daughter needs to see her doctor for a full evaluation. Blood can appear in the stool for relatively benign (anal fissure) or more concerning (infection) reasons. Given the quality of her stool this morning, her age, and her illness over the last week, having your daughter's doctor examine her is the best idea.
