Possibly: The Dx is often uncertain so variability between patients is likely - also, some symptoms might come later than others and some folk might be more tolerant of some than others. See a Dr who has good reputation for dealing w/ this difficult to manage condition. The more cases they've seen, the better!

Pain all 4 quadrants: Hi Margaret, The primary diagnostic criteria for fibromyalgia is widespread pain. Fatigue is often present, but individual variability prevails, and those who are able to sleep will generally be report less fatigue than those who are unable to rest. Hope this is helpful.
