Glandular function: An adrenal fatigue phenomenon, if it were speculated & conferred with authenticity, would endow ennui from hormone deficits. Fatigue associated w. fibromyalgia seems to result from non- restorative sleep; probably secondary to arousal by pain evoked by sleep surface forces conjoined w. effects of gravity on body mass; causing mechanical forces to be focused on pain-generating spastic soft tissues.
