Exercise: Many studies have shown the best way to treat this is regular physical activity, stretching (yoga?), and exercise.

Medications can help: In addition to exercise, there are medications that can improve fatigue. If your sleep is not good, i typically try to improve it first. Sleep hygiene measures are used first. If you fail these, medicines taken at night that improve sleep quality can help daytime fatigue. There are also medicines that can be taken during the day to helpf fatigue. Talk to your doctor about medicines that may help.
