I believe i suffer from chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. what tests must be taken to rule out any other possibilities? and can you order them?

Several: ? which tests useful to R/O causes of chronic fatigue not fibromyalgia (FM). Physical exam & history necessary to correct diagnosis. Studies: CRP, Sed rate, Lyme, TSH, CBC, serial temp. & weight, RA factor, ANA, UA & Complete Metabolic Profile. If negative & organ system functions (including GI) normal & if 11/18 trigger points pain-positive FM highly suspect. To have studies must see a physician.
