For months i've had a wheezing cough, and have been extremely fatigued, and antibiotics aren't helping. is something serious?

Hard to say: Since treatment is not helping, the original diagnosis may be wrong and treatment needs to change. It is common to get a wheezy type of chest infection/bronchitis at your age, but it could also be asthma. I have seen a 16 yo girl have her first episode of asthma at 16 and end up hospitalized. You need to get back in to see the doc and see what is going on.

Asthma?: wheezy cough is often asthma. See an allergist and get worked up to find if you need a specific treatment to break this cycle.
