High CPK: With your increased CPK on statins, i would stop them and have you see your physician. Statins can cause muscle destruction leading to an elevated cpk. Tell your doctor if you have muscle pains or weakness. You and your physician may decide that you need an alternative therapy for your high cholesterol levels and may need to stop the statin.
