Mgt: This can be associated with his Down Syndrome. I would suggest close follow up and discussing the differential of his complete blood count with his PCP. A virtual appointment/in box consult is available to upload the results for review. He should avoid contact with anyone ill and wash his hands often to avoid illness.

Incomplete data: The data submitted is not specific for anything. "3 point" has no determinable meaning. Low white counts are seen in normal kids occasionally, often within weeks after a viral illness. It would not mean anything specific to a DS kid. Having it repeated in a week or so is the usual way we followup minor deviations in lab.
