OTC = okay: Any of the traditional over the counter pain relievers are safe; ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil), naproxen(Alieve), acetaminophen (Tylenol) or aspirin. If you're considering something that requires a prescription please ask again with the drug you have in mind.
