Is it okay to wash baby bottles in bleach?

Why ?: Baby bottles need only the same attention you give regular dishware and glasses. A bottle brush can assure that you get any scum spots.You don't need to boil or sterilize them (old wives tale). I would never put any toxic chemicals like bleach in them for any reason. Glass bottles could probably tolerate bleach but would need a massive washout to be safe, plastic bottles would not.
