Nasty stuff: Bleach, ammonia, and other nasty stuff are not described as "may have drank" because it will be obvious. The person will smell strongly of the stuff, and likely have chemical reactions on the lips or face... and not be looking "perfectly normal." If worried, always call the local Poison Control number. Some poisonous things, like antifreeze, are not nasty enough to stop people from swallowing it.
