When you have scabies, should you put bleach in the wash?

Maybe not needed: Washing in hot water and drying in high heat (if the fabric will tolerate it) should get rid of any scabies. Adding bleach might not be needed, if the hot wash and dry already kills the scabies. Since scabies mites live only 1-2 months, one can also just put all the clothes in a big garbage bag and leave the bag tied closed for a few months (any scabies should be dead by then).

Not necessarily : Hot hot water in the wash is all that is needed.
