Vaginal discharge: Sounds like you may have a vaginitis. With a slightly brownish, thin discharge and an odor, the more likely possibilities are gardnerella (bacterial vaginosis), or trichomonas. Both of which will respond to Metronidazole antibiotic. The brownish discharge could also be due to a minute amount of bleeding from something like a cyst, or cervical inflammation. Probably a good idea to have it checked.
