I have pins and needles feeling in my right foot and can't bend any of my toes.also have sharp pain in right side of foot when doing high impact stuff?

Pins and needles: Please see a foot specialist and "slow down" your activities.You should not have to wait more than a day or two before you are seen. If you are really hurting a lot I suggest you have someone take you to the nearest Emergency facility. Please let me know how things go.
