How do i work an oral syringe?

Pull in, push out: With the plunger pushed in, insert it into the medicine. Slowly pull the plunger out to suck liquid into the syringe. Once you have the amount needed, put the syringe in the child's mouth and gently push the plunger in to push the medicine into their mouth. If your child tries to tongue-block or spit it out, insert the syringe quickly past the tongue along the inside of the cheek before injecting.

See doctor : Ask your doctor or nurse practitioner for advice. Most syringe supplied medications have instructions in the box. If you are using a syringe in lieu of a spoon or other device, then check with above for help.
