I rarely have headaches, but i've had one pretty constantly for the past five days. it's only on the right side of my head and its from my temple to the back of my head. what could this be?

Multiple: possibilities: most likely a muscle contraction headache; however. migraine and temporal arteritis should be ruled out as should any underlying neurological diseases. Why have you waited 5 days with a headache? Get examined and treated TODAY. Close your computer and call your physician, clinic,ER or urgent care center: NOW!
