Implants: Assuming you do not have a complicated medical history, and you have sufficient bone, dental implants are the best choice. Your periodontist should complete a 3d cbvt scan to evaluate the bone space and sinus location, and design a long lasting implant solution from this data! it's advisable to replace teeth to the 1st molar (tooth 14) good question!

Various: Cause for implant failure should be identified first to avoid a repeat. Options could then range from re-implantation, fixed bridgework if possible, removable prosthesis & no further treatment. First find reason for losing implants & go from there.

Reimplant.: Today, implant is the best option to replace a loss tooth and far superior to bridge in function and longevity. I suspect there is a problem of your occlusion (crossbite posteriorly or interference or lack of posterior support due to missing teeth). Poor occlusion will destroy implant to bone contact. Reimplant and reconstruct your occlusion (the way your teeth fit together upon function)!
