Unfortunate: It is unfortunate that your circumstances resulted in the tooth loss. Moving forward, she should practice excellent oral hygiene, see the dentist twice a year, and restore any rotten teeth before they need extensive treatment. When circumstances improve, you can help her get dental implants to replace the missing molars. All the best...

Needed treatment: We can't change the past but we can plan for the future and make changes to make our lives better. Seek dental care with a caring dentist, in a reduced fee but high quality setting such as a dental school or hospital based dental residency setting if necessary. Practice good oral hygiene, eat healthy, go for routine checkups and replace teeth in time when finances allow.
