Had an eye exam recently, told doctor my right eye felt off, and tired feeling. took a scan of eye and found a scar but what caused it not sure ?

"scar": The word scar in very nonspecific. Some scars should evaluated by retina expert. Some can be treated. Some scars one can be congenital (born with). I recommend seeing a retina specilaist to be certain treatment is not needed.
