I had a1cm deep &2cm long cut undr my eyes.i had a cosmetic stich(doc:no need to remove stich) it needed 6-7 wrapping.will a scar happen&will it fade?

Yes it will scar: If you had a 2cm cut then yes, it will form a scar. Also scars naturally mature over a few months and if you protect it from the sun it should fade over time. See your local plastic surgeon and s/he can monitor the scar and if needed change management if the need arises.
