ITCHY BACKSIDE: More history helpful but sounds like some form of dermatitis; skin inflammation after contact with something to which your body (skin) is overly sensitive. Since it appears from your description to be localized to one place, you might try a combination of topical (skin cream/ointment) Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and Hydrocortisone. Let me know how that works... if not affective... we can discuss other options.
