Pasta: For now please stop taking pasta for a few days and see whether or not your constipation is well controlled. If it is not controlled without pasta you must see your primary doctor and determine what the main issue might be. Hope all goes well - please keep me informed.

Many reasons/Constip: Pasta alone is not the cause of your constipation but may be one of the contributing factors. You need to add roughage/Fiber to your Diet to help you to overcome Constipation. This means eating more fruits, veggies and grains/cereals. You should start your day with a high fiber cereal and one apple or Orange for breakfast. No : No, but there do exist higher fiber pastas which will help or have pasta with a cup of prune juice
