May reflect acute nerve compression that needs to be evaluated and may need further treatment including medication, xrays, MRI LS spine , injection or even surgery. There also may be a fracture. seek ER attention today, as soon as possible .If you have any difficulty urinating call 911 that is a critical acute emergency.
