My brother has been a psychopath for over 7 years,his medications make him balanced for a while but his not cured;he thinks alot till he falls apart.

If he truly is a pay: If the diagnosis is correct he needs continued therapy. The medications will not cure or even be of great benefit. Therapy is what he needs
