Psychopaths: Psychopaths generally don't see the need for treatment unless forced to see someone. This can happen for legal reasons, such as being in prison and withdrawing from substances being abused. Doctors try to help in these instances, and also when anxiety or depression might break through due to consequences of sociopathic behavior. Treatment can be challenging because of tendencies to lie, though.

Not many: True psychopathy (AKA antisocial personality disorder) is nearly impossible to treat. This is a person who has no conscience or empathy and is totally out for themselves. Basic behavioral techniques are partially effective in mental institutions and prisons, but not usually. The sociopath delights in flaunting all the rules and manipulating the system to his/her advantage.
