Should i take calcium supplements while taking alendronate? i get 2 different opinions. some yes, some no.

Calcium: A low dose of calcium will do you no harm and in fact be quite helpful. The calcium is available in many sizes - please take the lowest dose of calcium. If, after a week or two, you don't think you are taking enough calcium, please contact your primary doctor so you can be examined.
