Let me try to help: This means you have fracture of the coccyex bone. Avoid sitting down for long periods of time. You can purchase a "doughnut" cushion or pillow to sit on. Motrin and pain medications. Eat foods high in fiber to soften stools and avoid constipation. Sits bath twice a day. Injections of steroid the painful sometimes required. Rarely, you may need surgery.
