Lump behind ear: 22 year old gentleman past medical history significant for lymphadenopathy with painless lump behind ear, but the lump has been intermittently painful. Visit your MD for a full exam and let them feel this mass and move it around. Lymphadenopathy is possible, as is a cyst that can be removed by a dermatologist. It would be a good idea to get an exam by a physician to examine the area. Good luck.
