Lymph node: Most likely a swollen lymph node from irritation to your scalp or ear. Possibly an epidermal inclusion cyst or abscess. See your health provider for a full diagnosis.

Cyst: Most likely a benign (not cancer) cyst. Don't worry. To be sure, have a doctor see it. Primary care is fine. No hurry unless growing or painful. Hope this helps!
