Excessive sugar: Yes, it can lead to diabetes. You need to take much less sugar. I don't have a share in this but I am drinking "Lipton, Diet Green Tea". It is free of calories and it is not expensive - 12 bottles (each 16.9 fluid ounces) for somewhere between 4 or 5 dollars.
