Don't: Just like losing weight fast isn't good, gaining weight fast is not either. Look at your weight and your diet. People have different metabolism and some can eat everything and gain nothing. Others are the opposite. If you are taking in quite a bit of calories and not gaining weight you may want to see your family physician and make sure you are not hypothyroid or another medical issue.

Exercise + protein: Resistance training plus healthy protein intake leads to muscle build up which adds healthy weight. It would be unethical to tell you how t gain unhealthy weight.

Eat, eat, eat.: You can gain calories by just eating more food. People tend to gain weight with meat because it's more calorie-dense than other foods, but you'd gain more weight by just eating more of less calorie-dense foods. Just keep it healthy - there's a difference between gaining muscle weight and just getting fat. And exercise as well, so you gain lean mass and not just get fat.

Cruise: Go on a 2 week cruise. Essentially relax and do very little and eat easily accessible high fat foods frequently.

More calories: I can't think of a good reason why anyone should do this unless you were a prize fighter and had to move up a weight class.Regardless,if you eat a lot of calories and don't burn them off,you will gain weight.

Lift and eat right: what are you trying to gain weight for? I assume you want to gain muscle, not fat? There is a lot out there on this topic; way too much to write here but: eat more lean protein and complex carbs (aim for 0.5-1g protein per lb of body weight) and do weight training 3-4 days per week; focus on the big muscle groups (squat, dead, bench, pull ups, dips)
