I would not advise: Fast change in your body weight . It will upset lots of things in your body. It is always advisable to make it gradual so that your body adjust to the change properly . The best way to go is eating balanced diet and avoid alcohol , cigarette or any harmful habits . I would not advise any hormone or medication for the purpose of weight gain because you are running risk of unknown consequences
