What's the safest&messiest way to remove earwax? i don't have a problem but i noticed buildup since started to use cotton swabs.

Md visit: visiting your ent (or at times FPfphysician) is safest way to remove it. messiest seems like a typo.... nothing smaller than elbow in your ears....i repeat that for a safety reason as well as common sensical one..

Debrox then warm h20: Don't put q tips into your ear. You only pack the wax. Try the over the counter method of debrox to soften the wax. Then use the warm water and flush the wax out softly. Even the biggest wax build up can be solved this way. You will hear better. Hope this helps
