Cerumen in ear: Not unusual for a baby to have ear cerumen. Cerumen is a part of protection for the ear canal. Important to not use q-tips or other object to remove the cerumen. Only clean the outer part of the ear with a soft cloth. The baby's pediatrician can check the ears at the next well check.
