Need to wait to test: While the progesterone(P4) levels you describe are great, they only tell us how strongly you ovulated. On fertility medications, the P4 level can really go high. This does not guarantee pregnancy. So it's a reassuring finding, but not necessarily an indication of pregnancy. If you go past your expected date of menses, check a pregnancy test.
