Pregnant or no ovula: Opks are notoriously unreliable. If you truly ovulated your period will come almost exactly 14 days after ovulation, or you are pregnant. Try another test in a day or two, but more importantly, call the doctor that is treating your anovulation. I have my patients come in for luteal phase blood test because I do not rely on opks.
