Took clomid for 5days, the dr. stop my period using mefenamic and tranexamic june 9 weakly positive and 19 turns out positive both blood pregnancy test july 5 theres still no baby on ultrasound is it normal? took duphaston 2 weeks but no period?

Positive pregnancy tests do not date the age of the pregnancy. Ultrasound will not show a yolk sac or fetus until about 5-6 weeks of intrauterine growth. No bleeding after duphaston , is consistent with pregnancy. See your OB provider for further guidance.
