I had all my top teeth removed. how long will it take for the bleeding to stop?

Now: Unless you are on blood thinners your bleeding should stop shortly after the teeth are extracted. You don't want to lose a lot of blood. Call your dentist and let them know you are still bleeding

Teeth extraction: Bleeding after teeth extraction should generally stop within a few hours. Slight oozing from the extraction sites is fairly common for the first 48 hours. Clotting can be delayed if you are on certain medications like blood thinners, anticougulants. If bleeding is persisitant for more than a few hours, you should call your dentist/oral surgeon immediately to prevent excessive blood loss.
